*slice potatoes put salt and olive oil and oven it

*put red pepper, mushrooms on a pan and grill

*add spinach and boiled chickpeas mix it

*for avocado sauce; put avocado lemon, olive oil and salt mix it.

*boil rice and mix with the veggies.

*boil chinese cabbage 

*put veggies to cabbegs and roll it.

*put rolls on a pan grill it with olive oil.

*put sesame seeds on the top.

*for the sauce put avocado, lemon and olive oil.

-roll into flavorful thrills

parmesan smashed potato

*wash carefully and give massage to your baby potatoes

*boil potatoes for 25 minutes.

*put it on the oven tray and smashed it, wait for 30 mins.

*put powder parmesan on the top.

*boil broccoli

*squeeze lemon, oil and salt

*mix everything; squeeze lemon

-eat with gratitude

a goodbye to winter's chill

*put radicchio and sliced orange

*slice beet, give it a steam bath

*put kaju on the top

*lime it, oil it, eat it, love it

*boil arthichokes with lemon, black pepper, blueberry infused water for 15 mins

*for sauce blend blueberry, lemon, olive oil, vanillin, salt

*mix them all together

potato rocket pizza

*grate potatoes and squeeze the water

*put them in a pan; put oil, salt and sesame seed; grill both sides

*put feta cheese on the top let them melt

*put  sliced strawberries

*put rocket

*squezee lemon; enjoy bebe

avocado mango salad

*slice avocado and mango

*squeeze lime on 

*oil and salt it

*put red pepper

-melt it in your mouth

veggie pilaf

*put all the veggies in a pan, you have in your house

*grill all veggies

*boil basmati rice for 20 mins

*mix them all together

*eat it quickly

dried fig mung bean artichoke

*slice artichokes put them in a pan

*put lemon, oil and water

*add dried figs and mung bean

*add dill on the top, mix them all together

- eat with love

hummus rolled eggplants

*slice eggplants grill them with oil

*blend chickpeas, lemon, olive oil and water make a hummus

*put hummus in the eggplants roll it

*for tomato sauce ; blend tomato, honey, lemon, oil put it on the top

*put red peppers on the top

-roll into flavorful thrills

spring roll gazpacho

*blend carefully; avocado, green apple, cucumber, fennel root, basil, lemon, olive oil

*put water a little 

*put salt 

*more lemon

*feel the spring in your mouth
